It's very easy to get caught into a trap where we start using it as an emotional support and even beyond that relying on it to make simple decisions that can then trickle into much more long-term thinking.

Thanks Sam! I', very fascinated to see how this looks 10 years down the road when many people who are now studying have been using AI to get them through high school and uni. I predict two outcomes: a group that uses it to coast and a group that uses AI to push them to learn better.
